Guided meditation is where a facilitator leads you through the practice. It usually involves verbal instructions, visualisations and relaxation techniques to help you focus your mind and achieve calmness and awareness.
Guided meditation can cover various themes such as stress reduction, gratitude or mindfulness. Its suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners .
Mondays 6-7pm or Fridays 9-10 am held in Gullane Recreation Hall.
